About Benjamin
Benjamin is a 2nd generation Escrow Officer who began his real estate adventure in 2003. He brings experience ranging from Short Sales & REO's to Residential Sales & Refi's, but it's the people in our industry that inspired Benjamin to become an Escrow Officer early on. When he is not in the office, you may come across him and his wife hiking and backpacking the trails of SoCal, or enjoying the many campgrounds & vistas our great state has to offer! If spending a quiet weekend at home, his wife and him enjoy working on carpentry projects together or soaking in the sunshine, beachside! Benjamin provides a very welcoming and warm environment built on a high value of honesty, loyalty, and a strong moral compass. His charismatic personality and dedication to provide only the best customer service make Benjamin an awesome teammate in our escrow family.

My husband and I sold our condo and Benjamin Mills was our Escrow Agent. Selling our condo was a really hard process due to the buyer's lender and buyer's agent. Benjamin went above and beyond to help us through the excruciating process. He was extremely straightforward, honest and patient. He went into the office multiple times on the weekends and after working hours to follow up and get the job done. The buyer's lender put all of us through the ringer and he remained calm and gave us all the facts so we were able to make informed decisions about our future. He took our panicked calls and calmed our nerves.
